FAQS: COVID-19 SAFETY PROCEDURES, CLASS ATTENDANCE & PURCHASE POLICIES

What are the safety procedures for in-person classes?

  • To adhere to social distancing guidelines put in place by Governor Kate Brown for phase one re-opening, studio floors will be individually marked to ensure six feet of separation between each class participant, and class size will be limited.

  • The room will be disinfected before and after each use.

  • Bathrooms are available with access to hand washing, and hand sanitizer will be made available to all participants.

  • All participants will be required to arrive early to class and will be required to undergo a temperature check using a contactless thermometer. The temperature reading must be 99 degrees or less to enter the studio.

  • I will be wearing gloves and a mask when checking in and giving temperature readings to students.

  • If you are feeling unwell, please stay home and do not attempt to join the class. I reserve the right to send home anyone that I feel exhibits signs or symptoms of a cold, fever or flu.

Will I be required to wear a mask?

  • You will be required to wear a mask while being checked in and having your temperature checked. 

  • While you will be able to maintain six feet of distance in the studio, Oregon State Governor Kate Brown has mandated that masks or face coverings must be worn during indoor fitness events.

  • Visor face shields are available to purchase from me at cost. Please Venmo $2.25 to @veronica-lebednik to reserve your face shield.

 

How do I join one of your in-person classes?

  • Because space is limited, advance online reservations are required. To make a reservation, book online.

I booked a class online, and now I can’t make it. Can I transfer my reservation to another date?

  • Due to safety protocols and limited class sizes, please only book an in-person class if you are certain you can attend.

  • Once you reserve a class online, you may contact me for a one-time complimentary transfer if you request a transfer at least 72 hours before the scheduled class start time.

  • Classes booked 72 hours or less before the scheduled class start time are non-transferable and non-refundable.

  • In the event that you become ill and must cancel your class, please contact me. I will happily credit you for a Livestream class to make up for your missed studio session.

Do you offer refunds or transfers?

  • All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for class passes or bookings.

  • A one-time transfer will be issued at no additional charge if you request the transfer within 72 hours of the scheduled class date and time.

What are the expiration dates for your monthly and 5-class passes?

  • Monthly passes are valid for 30 days and typically activate on the first of the month. Contact me directly if you’d like to use your class pass for a specific 30 day period so that I can update your account.

  • 5 Class Passes are valid for 60 days from the date of purchase and cannot be extended or transferred.

Can I sell my spot to another student or send another student in my place to one of your studio classes?

  • Studio classes are non-refundable and cannot be sold or transferred to another person.
